2021/2022 School Information & Supply Lists
Welcome to the new school year! While we are still busy planning and preparing, here are some important details you may want to know to help in your summer planning and preparing for next year!
First Day of School: Tuesday August 31
NEW START TIMES
WMES will have a different start time next year. This was a move made by Livingstone School Division in an effort to bring our schools together on a more consistent schedule. Bussing will also change, and your drivers will be in touch in the fall to plan.
Monday - Thursday
- Playground supervision, safety patrol and breakfast program start at 8:10. Please ensure your children arrive after this time
- Warning Bell 8:25
- School Starts: 8:30
- Lunchtime: 12:00 - 12:40
- School Dismissal: 3:20
Friday

- Nutrition Break/Recess: 11:00 - 11:40
- School Dismissal: 1:15
WMES Open House
Friday August 27, 2021 9:00 - 11:30
We will once again be planning an open house for students and parents to come in to our school, find what class they are in, drop off their school supplies and say a quick hello. More information will come out through our channels, but please pencil the date in your calendars.
NOTE: Class lists will not be available until this date. If you are unable to make it to the open house, email us and we will send you your child's class on this Friday.
